The next development at St Maxime “Casa del Mar” has everything on your doorstep from bars shops and services as well as the beach. This is a much livelier and busier seaside town just 10 minutes from St Tropez and a very popular family holiday destination with plenty of local distractions with a few bars and nightclubs in addition to its many restaurants. During the summer there is a continual street market selling all sorts of delicacies, spices and arts and crafts and lots of outdoor cafes where you can eat ice-cream and just take it all in! The rental potential here is excellent as it is so popular and well located with yields up to 4.98% and prices for a 1 bedroom apartment from 220,000 Euros.
