If you have found a property through another agency (not through Leapfrog Properties) but wish to benefit from the expertise of Leapfrog Properties then we have a fully encompassing purchase package for you. The package includes legal, tax and inheritance advice as indicated in our legal package but also a full consultancy package which includes the following-

• Advice and assistance at every stage- The aim is to make the process of buying a property in France as clear as possible to the client at every stage and answer all relevant questions.
• Organisation of ancillary services such as finding suitable notaires, tax advisors, surveyors, accountants, arranging mortgages and finding a competitive currency specialist to change your money.
• Organisation of a letting agent and advice and information on letting in France (where necessary)
• Liaising with these ancillaries, especially the notaire, to ensure the smooth running of the purchase process and timely completion of the sale.
• Together with the local agency we will help to put you in touch with any local services you require and put utilities into your name.

This package will save you time and money but also provide you peace of mind secure in the knowledge that your purchase is not only safe but that you have the best professional advice available. The price for this package is just £1800 + VAT (at the prevailing UK rate).
