You’ve just bought a property in France? We help you:
  • Contacts for furniture companies in your local area of France
  • Organisation and booking appointments with Tradesmen
  • Explanation of French documents and help completing forms in France (for example invoices/quotes from builders, craftsmen, electricians, plumbers etc…)
  • Organisation of a lettings and/or management company for your property
  • Help arranging property and garden maintenance
  • Help arranging house/car insurance/health insurance
  • Help registering you with the French health system & explanation of how it works
  • An introduction to the French education system in France and how to enrol your children

These services are in addition to the usual aftersales support you receive through Leapfrog Properties which includes putting utilities into your name, help opening a French bank account, organising building insurance and contacts given for ancilliary services (accountants, tax advisors & artisans).

Our Service to You

We:
  • are open during normal business hours 9am- 5.30pm Monday to Friday (except bank holiday Mondays)
  • do not limit the number of telephone calls you make to us 
  • do not have any premium rate numbers to call 
  • can help you even if you have not bought through Leapfrog Properties

Lifetime After Sales Support costs just £100 per month (inc VAT) and requires a minimum 12 month contract after which you can cancel with just one month’s written notice.
