With Leapfrog Direct you can add, amend and delete your properties online to keep them up to date at all times whilst also being able to login to see how many times your property has been viewed. You arrange everything directly between yourself and the buyer without involvement in the sales process by Leapfrog Properties consultants. The cost is 95 Euros including VAT for 3 months, or our great value offer of 165 Euros including VAT until the property is sold.

2) Leapfrog Services:

You sign up with us and one of our selected local partner agents to sell your property in France. Your property will then be placed on our website and sold via Leapfrog Properties in conjunction with our partner agent in France.

  With this full service option, you will benefit from our global online marketing (with the main emphasis of course in UK & Ireland) and will also have your property marketed locally in France with a full local estate agency service including arranged viewings and local support with the legal sales process. For maximum exposure, we recommend that you sign an exclusive mandate with us for 6 months. However, you may also choose to sign a simple mandate if you so wish. The upfront cost for this service to cover initial set-up costs is a flat rate of 165 Euros inc VAT until sold or until it is taken off the market. Our French partner agencies will also charge their very competitive sales commissions (around 6%).
