Le Clos des Pélissous offers three comfortable gîtes on 4.5 acres of grounds: La Vigne for 7 occupants, La Treille for 7 occupants, Le Cep for 4 occupants and Le Sarment for 2 occupants ( supplementary bedroom in combination with one of the 3 gîtes) La Vigne is an independent cottage which can sleep 7 in comfort. On the ground floor a large living room allows ample space for the dining area; a chimney with wood burning stove is the focal point of the sitting room side with comfortable armchairs and a settee. Next to the dining room a fully equipped modern kitchen is installed with four burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator in the back kitchen. To the rear of the living room is the main bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower, wash basin and toilet facilities. Upstairs two large and well lit bedrooms can sleep two and three respectively. A bathroom and independent toilet are also situated on the upstairs floor landing; opposite a wall to wall fitted cupboard offers ample space. La Vigne features full central heating; ideal for early or late season bookings. La Treille is spacious apartment for 7 with an independent garden offering lawns and plenty of shade. Downstairs, the main living room features a large fire place with wood burning stove, oak beamed ceiling and an authentic ?évier en pierre? ( a stone sink typical of the Périgord region). An American-style fully fitted kitchen with four burner gas hob, electric and microwave ovens, large refrigerator and washing-up machine is next to the dining area; the lounge area in front of the hearth features a colour television. A separate lobby entrance (with independent toilet and cloakroom) affords access to the bedrooms upstairs via one of the two staircases installed in this apartment; the other staircase is accessible from the lounge. Three bedrooms, each sleeping two or three are situated on the first floor; two bedrooms have en suite shower and washroom facilities ( a separate toilet is situated on the landing) whilst the third offers en-suite shower, washroom and toilet. Le Cep is spacious apartment for 4 persons with a separate entrance and car park from the other two ?gîtes?. A stairway from the garden leads up to a vast (60m²) south-west facing terrace from which beautiful views over the surrounding countryside can be enjoyed. Across the terrace, the main door provides access to the very large and well illuminated living room with dining and lounge areas (with colour television) .A wood burning stove is also installed. An American-style fully fitted kitchen with four burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, large refrigerator and washing-up machine offer all the required comforts. On the first floor are situated two large bedrooms each sleeping two; a shower and washroom with separate toilet complete the equipment.
