Les Arcs is situated in the Paradiski ski zone which is the 3rd largest in France and has no less than 425km of ski slopes. Les Arcs is actually divided into 5 resorts with their own facilities, activities and nightlife; they are Les Arcs 1600, Les Arcs 1800, Les Arcs 1950, Les Arcs 2000 and Bourg St Maurice. Located between an altitude of 810m and 3800m Les Arcs is a fantastic year round resort with not only fantastic skiing to offer. There is also an 18 hole golf course, hiking trails and a wealth of shops, bars and restaurants to keep you occupied.租的属性 - Arcs
Property in Les Arcs is actually very reasonable when compared to other resorts. Although largely purpose built the architecture is attractive as they have tried to keep the design to traditional savoyard acrhitecture. The average price is around 4500 Euros per square metre but you can find studio apartments from as little as 50,000 Euros in some cases although for a reasonable size studio apartment 120,000 Euros would be a more realsitic budget. A typical 2 bedroom apartment will cost about 270,000 Euros and a chalet upwards of 500,000 Euros.
